Privacy & email choices
Updated 7 October 2026.
This catalogue
Korvidae Games publishes this catalogue. Contact info@korvidae.com about privacy or your email subscription.
The catalogue and web app offer optional Google Analytics. No Google Analytics script loads until you accept. Your analytics choice is stored locally for up to 180 days; it is separate from mailing-list consent. Fonts and preview images are served with the site. Loading a page still involves transmitting network information, including an IP address, to the hosting service; this is not anonymous browsing.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept, Google receives page visits and selected interactions such as shop clicks, signup submissions and app-tool use, along with technical information involved in the request. Analytics uses first-party cookies with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days. Our custom events do not include email addresses, names, athlete records or league records. Page addresses sent by this integration omit query strings and fragments. Advertising consent remains denied.
Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to decline or withdraw at any time. Withdrawal stops this integration’s further collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information previously received by Google. See Google’s privacy policy. Google account retention, sharing and international-processing settings still require operator review. Contact info@korvidae.com for privacy requests.
Joining the mailing list
The form asks for an age range before enabling email entry. The range is used only in your browser and is not sent with the form or saved by this page. This mailing list accepts subscribers aged 16 or older. Do not submit someone else’s email address.
If you choose to subscribe, your email address and the “Website signup” source tag are sent directly to Mailcoach for Korvidae Games. The purpose is to send game news, releases and offers, including the advertised free-game coupon. Your affirmative signup is the request to receive those emails; you do not need to subscribe to browse the catalogue or visit a shop.
Mailcoach processes the subscription and any confirmation steps. The request also reaches its service with technical network information. This page does not control the service’s logs, spam checks, email tracking or retention settings.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact info@korvidae.com to withdraw your request for marketing emails. You can also contact that address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your subscriber information, or raise a privacy concern. Please do not email identity documents unless a necessary verification method has first been agreed.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and complain to your privacy regulator. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing already carried out. Requests to delete data may be subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Children’s information
If you believe a child has subscribed, contact info@korvidae.com so the subscription can be investigated. Please provide only the information needed to identify the subscription. The age-range screen is not identity verification.
Other services
Store links take you to independent services that handle purchases and their own privacy choices. The Kill Him Faster League Operations app stores athlete records, league data and preferences locally in your browser. It uses the same optional analytics choice as the catalogue. See the app’s local-data notice for backups, deletion and storage details. The description of catalogue browser storage above does not apply to the app or linked services.
