Athlete records

Athlete records—including weapon and equipment loadouts—source selections, and interface preferences are stored in your browser using local storage. They are not uploaded to Korvidae Games by this application. Clearing site data in your browser can remove these records. Use the Back Up Athletes function to keep a local copy. The app also downloads a backup before importing, replacing, or deleting all athlete records.

League and tournament records

League Operations stores event names, team names, scores, standings settings, athlete roster assignments, table assignments, and championship brackets in your browser. These records are not uploaded to Korvidae Games. The current convention mode is a central organizer console and does not synchronize data between devices.

Imports and exports

JSON athlete and league-operation files are read locally in your browser. Backup and exported files are created locally and downloaded to your device. Printing an athlete uses your browser’s print function and does not upload the record. The app does not send athlete names, team names, event names, scores, notes, roster assignments, bracket data, or custom interests to analytics.

Analytics and hosting

Google Analytics loads only after you accept in Analytics choices. The app shares that choice with the catalogue on the same host. Selected tool-use events exclude athlete and league record content. You can withdraw using the footer control. See the site privacy notice for details. Loading the app and its data files still transmits network information, including your IP address, to the hosting service.

Mailing list

The app links to the site signup form, which uses Mailcoach and asks for age eligibility and marketing consent. Joining is optional. Read the site privacy notice for subscription details and your choices.

Managing data

You can delete individual athlete records or use Delete All in the Saved Athletes section. League events and teams can be archived or deleted from League Operations, and the league backup control exports all league and tournament records. Delete All first downloads a backup and requires confirmation. You can remove all app data through your browser's site-data controls.
