A 7-pack of roleplaying games
Defend the Moon Queendom, command an interplanetary freighter, or maintain absolute public confidence in Flab Computer. Powered by Your ABpocalypse collects seven games with different settings and approaches to exercise-driven roleplaying.
The book includes its own Roboflex conflict-rule appendix. You can begin with this volume without owning Ultimate Pump Edition. Bodyweight movements feature throughout, but this is not an equipment-free promise: Quadfinder includes weighted lifts, and some games draw on activity between sessions.
Featuring
- In the Name of the Moon, I Will Punish My Abs!: Play Swoler Scouts opposing Queen Feebyl. Friendship, support, and collaboration matter alongside the physical challenges; the game invites players to discuss real-life problems, with an option to decline.
- Squats Without Number: “The gates are dead.” Six centuries of isolation end when your battered freighter’s Box Drive springs to life. Create your crew and build a spaceship together.
- Atrophy Makes You Happy, Citizen: Work for the Dome’s public relations team under Flab Computer. Maintain confidence in the AI while concealing your membership in a secret exercise cult.
- Quadfinder: Return to the Unremembered Lands as licensed adventurers defending the Sultan of Swole’s realm. Character classes have different exercise abilities, including weighted capstones.
- Dungym World: “The Empress of Exercise has put out a call for adventurers to sortie into the Dungym and seal it forever shut.” Choose your class and confront a sinister, sentient dungeon.
- Bromethean: “Unlock the secret of the New Brawn. Transform yourself.” Play an artificial being seeking humanity, with Essential Attainments tracked between sessions.
- Vegetables: The Recommended: Olivia Hill’s vampire game ties play to a weekly dietary planner. The book provides a fallback for groups starting without a completed week of preparation.
How the games differ
Swoler Scouts uses exercise-based moves and shared problems. Squats Without Number adds crew and ship creation. Dungym World gives each class its own moves, while Bromethean and Vegetables connect the next session to what players recorded during the week. The collection offers different activities as well as different fictional worlds.
What to bring
The opening setup specifies six players, including the Muscle Master, with room to adapt for larger or smaller groups. It calls for an area clear of obstacles, comfortable workout clothes, and plenty of water. Check the chosen game’s exercises and equipment in advance; bring the record sheets or planner it uses.
“If someone in your group is physically unable to perform a certain exercise, don’t be a jerk. Help them find an alternative.” Read the book’s Playing Safe guidance before taking part.
Choose your collection
Choose ABpocalypse for these seven games. Ultimate Pump Edition contains Roboflex, Muscle of the Week, Deadlifts & Dragons, ShadowRunning, Vampire: The Muscle Gain, and The Forest Gymn & Picnic. Each volume includes the rules needed for its own collection.
